Pack the Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure a successful return process.
Pickup and Verification
Our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package, and a quality check will be performed on-site or at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once the quality check is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped immediately.
